1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PrintShark, operated by Pallette Gallery ("PrintShark", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, joining the waitlist, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use PrintShark.

2. Description of service

PrintShark is an AI print-on-demand automation studio for Etsy sellers. It helps you discover trends, generate original artwork and product mockups, write SEO copy, and queue or publish listings — with a human in the loop. Nothing is published to your shop without your review and approval.

You are responsible for what you publish. PrintShark provides drafts and tools; the decision to publish, and the content you publish, are yours. You are responsible for following all applicable policies of Etsy, Printify, and any other marketplace or service you connect, as well as all applicable laws.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use PrintShark. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that any information you provide is accurate.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Keep your login details secure and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Acceptable use

When using PrintShark, you agree not to:

  • Mass-dump spammy, duplicate, or low-effort listings, or otherwise abuse marketplace systems.
  • Create or publish content that infringes anyone's intellectual property, trademarks, publicity, or other rights.
  • Violate the policies of Etsy, Printify, or any other connected marketplace or service.
  • Use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purposes.
  • Attempt to bypass, evade, or circumvent any marketplace's review or compliance processes.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service.

PrintShark is built to help you stay compliant — drafting first, drip-feeding, and keeping you in control. It is not a tool for gaming or bypassing Etsy's rules, and you agree not to use it that way.

6. AI-generated content & ownership

Subject to these Terms and to the terms of the underlying AI providers, you own the outputs you generate with PrintShark — the artwork, mockups, titles, tags, and descriptions you create for your shop. Generated content is produced using third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI, Google Gemini, and FAL), and your use of those outputs is also subject to those providers' terms.

You are responsible for the originality and compliance of what you publish. AI tools can produce similar results for different users and may inadvertently resemble existing works. You agree to review outputs and ensure that what you publish is original to your shop, does not infringe third-party rights, and complies with all applicable marketplace policies and laws. You retain a license to your prompts and content as needed for us to operate the service.

7. Third-party services

PrintShark integrates with third-party services, including the Etsy API, the Printify API, and AI providers (OpenAI, Google Gemini, FAL). Your use of those services through PrintShark is also governed by their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, and their availability or behavior is outside our control.

8. Billing, founding pricing & cancellation

Paid plans are billed in advance for the applicable subscription period. Founding members lock in their founding rate for as long as their subscription remains active, as described on our Pricing page. Annual plans include a 14-day money-back guarantee: if you're not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your initial annual purchase for a refund of that payment.

You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Except for the annual money-back guarantee described above, payments are generally non-refundable, to the extent permitted by law. Pricing and plans may change, but we will not change the rate of an active founding subscription.

9. Disclaimers

PrintShark is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee any particular results — including sales, revenue, traffic, rankings, or that any listing will be approved or remain published by Etsy or any marketplace. Marketplace review and approval are controlled entirely by those platforms, not by us. We make no promise of "guaranteed approval" and do not offer any means of evading marketplace review.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrintShark and Pallette Gallery will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the service. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using PrintShark and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service. On termination, your right to use PrintShark ends, and you can revoke any connected-account access (such as Etsy or Printify) from those platforms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will survive.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of PrintShark after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pal
